Return Policy
Merchandise returns are available on items for a period up to 5 days after receiving merchandise. The following items are excluded from return, including clearance or closeout items, mattresses, adjustable bases, bed frames, RTA foundations and hi-rise foundations.
The following stipulations apply for a merchandise return:

Item must be in its original, new condition

Item must be accompanied by sales receipt within 5 days after shipment or pickup

Item must be returned to the local warehouse where it was originally purchased

All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed in a timely manner once your merchandise arrives back at Sofa Express.
- Refunds will be processed less the 25% restocking fee and via the payment method used to make the initial purchase.
- Please note, your refund can take up to 14 days to process.
Clearance and Ineligible Items
Clearance, closeouts, and “AS IS” sales are final. NO refunds. NO returns. NO guarantees. NO exchanges.
